What if I want to return my order?

We're happy to accept returns if you've ordered the wrong product or there's a problem with your purchase.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse address. Please do not return goods to the address listed on the contact page. Just get in touch and we'll let you know where to send your return.

Don't forget, we can always send you a free sample if you're not sure what you need.

What delivery service do you provide?

All our products come with free delivery to the UK (please allow five working days, subject to stock).

Postage prices outside the UK are listed on the international delivery prices page.

Can I return products to Euro Office Supplies?

All of our products are tested before being dispatched to our customers. However, if there is a fault with your item, please return it. We will replace your product at no charge.

If you want to cancel a transaction immediately after your purchase, we can refund the cost if you notify us before the order is dispatched.

If you change your mind about your purchase after it has been sent, we will accept returned products that are as new and with all original packaging in tact. Unfortunately we cannot cover your return postage costs.

All returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of goods.

Do you accept international orders?

We are very happy to accept orders from anywhere in the world, and have sold many products to international customers. There will be an extra postage charge for non-UK orders - see our international delivery prices page.

We take payment in pound sterling, which will be converted to your local currency by your bank. We can accept non-UK cheques, but these are subject to charges from our bank.

Alternatively, send us your order via email and we can work out total costs for you.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes. You will receive an initial payment confirmation by email, and a VAT invoice by email when your order is dispatched. If you are based in another EC country and are VAT-registered, you can provide this information at checkout - please do not fill this out if you are in the UK or outside the EC.
